How long is the voucher valid for?
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How do we redeem a gift voucher?
Guests can make the booking online and use the voucher code in the promo code section. The voucher code will automatically deduct the value of the voucher from the booking.
Alternatively, guests can contact Tom, who will help plan and book their stay.
What if the stay ends up being more or less?
Gift vouchers can be used as part payment or total payment for the stay.
If the total value of the stay is greater than the Gift Voucher, the Gift Voucher holder will be invoiced for the remaining costs following their stay.
If the total value is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, we will credit the remaining value as a new Gift Voucher.
Do you do corportate gifting?
