HEAD CHEF

Warren Maddox

Warren recalls spending hours in the kitchen with his grandmother from a young age. She was an accomplished cake decorator and sparked his love for cooking – teaching him to appreciate the stories food can tell.
He has spent 20 years honing his skills in Australian kitchens before moving to New Zealand and joining the team serving guests at Boomrock and Pipinui Point.
Using fresh, local ingredients, Warren’s creations are a culinary delight.
